I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from Tampere University and am currently looking for opportunities in public sector administration. During my studies, I developed strong skills in cooperation, project management, organization, strategic thinking, and reporting.

My major was Local and Regional Governance, with minors in Political Science and English. My Bachelor’s thesis examined how HR development practices shape employee competence. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, reading, and ice swimming.
